The RoleReporting to our Production Manager, you will be part of production side of things.

We have a small (but amazing) team and it will be your role to work with them, batching, packaging, and producing all of our products.We are still a small business so we're not shying away from the fact that in this role you'll need to cover many aspects of production – from batching up to cleaning up.You'll understand food production and take great care and pride in producing consistent quality great food.

You will have worked in an approved food control kitchen and understand and take initiative on all aspects of food production, quality, food safety and Health & Safety.These are key roles in creating the beautiful products day in and day out which define us and which our customers love.We are growing so average hours per week are 45.....

8 hrs per day with 2-3 x 10 hour days included in the week.Key ResponsibilitiesBatching and manufacturing of product as per the agreed schedule, on time and in fullFollowing recipes and being 100% accurate in recipe managementWeighing out ingredients and checking qualityConsistent delivery of product adhering to our quality parametersFollowing cleaning instructions and Good Manufacturing PracticesDeliver on the accurate and timely fulfilment of orders; training; and other requestsWork collaboratively with all team members to provide exceptional customer experience and amazing productsTo be successful in this role you willPassionate about foodOk with repetitive workStrong attention to detailHard working and able to work at a fast paceWork in a physical operating environmentWorking towards and hitting daily targetsOk to do all areas of the jobVery proud of workspace, environment of cleanlinessHappy cleaningBe able to follow simple instructionsExperience & QualificationsHave worked in an approved food control plan environmentExperience in a food manufacturing environmentExperience in product formulation and batching is importantIdeally hold current Forklift licenseWhy Us?
