Based in Palmerston North, we’re seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join our dynamic field sales team, representing Ferrero’s world‑class confectionery brands across the Central North Island region. You’ll play a key role in maximising sales, visibility, and distribution , ensuring every customer experience reflects the quality and excellence of the Ferrero brand portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of your sales territory, driving performance across all Ferrero product lines
• Build strong partnerships with key customers and deliver outstanding service
• Execute sales and merchandising strategies that increase brand presence, distribution, and display
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Merchandisers to deliver best‑in‑class execution
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the wider sales and marketing teams
• Achieve and exceed financial and performance targets
