About The Role

As District Manager based in Palmerston North you will inspire a team of Account Managers across water and hygiene sectors in the lower North Island. You will drive performance, nurture senior customer relationships and foster a culture of excellence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Ensure your sales team reaches targets and objectives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to develop their skills and career goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow business and expand market share within the district.
  • Manage and develop relationships with the client base across the region.
  • Deliver the highest standards of business excellence to customers.
  • Bring Ecolab’s value‑added services and innovation programs to assist customers meet their business goals.

Our Ideal Candidate May Have

  • Experience guiding and developing successful sales teams.
  • Experience or exposure to the water industry and food & beverage processing.
  • Experience overseeing teams across a diverse territory.
  • Ability to build, maintain and retain customer relationships at all levels.
  • A full and valid driver’s license.
  • The ability to travel with overnight stays.
