Departmental Receptionist – Agenda for Change Band 2 (37 hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and conscientious individual to work in the Audiology Department based at Woodend Hospital. The reception role in this department is an extremely busy role with a high volume of workload.
The successful applicant will have a good standard of education, excellent communication, a pleasant and friendly manner, and the ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative. Knowledge of MS Office suite is required and previous reception experience would be advantageous. Candidates must have the ability to deal with service users and colleagues in a confident and caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.
