ABOUT YOU

We are on the lookout for experienced leaders with a genuine interest in fashion and a career at Glassons!

You will have :

• Proven experience in a leadership role where you motivated, supported, and engaged a team to uphold a high-performing working environment.
• Strong organisational and administration skills to ensure daily operational activities are executed to a high standard while also delivering amazing sales results.
• Next level communication skills to connect with our team and customers to achieve sales targets and KPIs through your expert product knowledge and passion for Glassons.

ABOUT THE ROLE

With store locations across New Zealand, we are always on the lookout for inspiring leaders to join ourGlassons team!

We're currently taking expressions of interest in the below key roles :

• Stockroom Manager
• In-Store Visual Merchandiser
• Third In Charge
• Branch Manager

Ideally, you will have worked in a retail management or supervisory role before and have at least 2 years of experience in people management. However if you have worked in a management role in another industry or are looking to take the next step in your retail management career, we would love to hear from you!

Even if there isn't a current opportunity within the stores of your choice right now, this will register your interest for the next available opportunity.
