Start date : 15 October 2025
Days & hours :
Wednesdays 9 : 15am - 12 : 45pm, 3.5 hours only.
This is a permanent position, during school term time only.
The candidate must have :
The Playcentre C3 qualification or the New Zealand Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care L4 or a higher ECE qualification or a Primary Teaching qualification with the Playcentre Primary Teacher Bridging Award, for licensing purposes.
A current First Aid Certificate or be prepared to complete this.

Desirable skills and experience will include :
An ability to support and empower parents, whanau, and caregivers in their role as Kaiako.
Confidence when speaking within a group.
A passion for supporting Te Reo Maori and tikanga and engaging all whanau to feel a sense of belonging on our session.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
