Ngāi Tahu Holdings is looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our Te Kuru (Business Information Services) team as a Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator. This part-time role (25 hours per week) is based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) and is a key part of ensuring our technology and inventory needs are met smoothly and efficiently across the Ngāi Tahu Group.
About the Role | Te Mahi
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for coordinating the procurement and distribution of technology, managing inventory, and supporting licensing needs. You'll work closely with our team and vendors to ensure everything runs like clockwork, while also contributing to a culturally confident and safe workplace.
- Here\'s what you'll be doing :
- Support procurement and distribution of technology fit-for-purpose to kaimahi, representatives, and rūnanga.
- Manage hardware and software inventory, including Adobe licensing.
- Coordinate device repairs, replacements, and service onboarding / offboarding.
- Maintain accurate asset registers and assist with expense tracking and P-card reconciliation.
- Respond to service requests and liaise with vendors and internal teams.
- Contribute to a culturally confident and safe workplace aligned with Ngāi Tahu values.
