Job Description

Conduct thorough night audits and ensure accuracy across revenue postings, financial reports, and daily reconciliations.

Manage the hotel's night operations, ensuring seamless transitions, accurate reporting, and readiness for the next business day.

Maintain guest and property safety by overseeing night-time security protocols, incident management, and compliance with legal standards.

Deliver exceptional service throughout the night, resolving guest needs promptly and upholding Accor's commitment to hospitality excellence.

Lead and support the Front Office team, coordinating across departments to ensure consistent service delivery during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead night operations and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

Oversee nightly financial reconciliations and reporting accuracy.

Uphold safety, security, and compliance standards during night hours.

Provide high-quality service to guests and coordinate cross-departmental activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Night Audit within the hotel industry; capable of leading overnight operations with precision.

Passionate about hospitality; strong service mindset is essential.

Holding (or willing to obtain) Fire Warden or First Aid certification.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Opera, and hotel reservation systems; strong operational reporting skills.
