Aramex is looking for a dynamic North Island Manager to drive operational excellence, coach top talent, and deliver exceptional results across both Company Owned and Independently Owned Regional Franchises.
Reporting directly into the COO - NZ, this role has the tail wind behind it to enable you to shape the future of our North Island operations by driving excellence and fostering high performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Performance
Support the COO – NZ in achieving Aramex New Zealand's strategic plan and key financial objectives.
Lead Company Owned Regional Franchises, ensuring managers are supported and accountable to business improvement plans and financial targets.
Support Independently Owned Regional Franchises by providing tools, guidance, and resources to meet network standards.
Drive strong network performance and operational efficiencies through compliance, operational excellence, and effective use of data and systems.
Provide onboarding programs and ongoing support for new Regional Franchises.
Support recruitment, engagement, training, and communications across the franchise network.
Ensure all franchise operations comply with deeded responsibilities and relevant legislation.
Quality, Compliance & Safety
Maintain high-quality standards and compliance across Regional Franchises to protect and strengthen the Aramex brand.
Promote and lead the implementation of the Aramex Oceania Health & Safety program, fostering a safety-focused culture.
Drive a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, succession planning, and retention.
Mentor, coach, and develop Company Owned Regional Franchise managers and key talent.
Lead by example, consistently demonstrating Aramex leadership behaviours and acting as a role model.

What We're Looking For :
Proven Operational Leader : 5+ years in a senior operational role, with a strong track record of driving growth and managing regional operations successfully.
Express Services Expertise : Deep understanding of the operational and commercial dynamics of express or logistics services.
Franchise Management Experience : Hands-on experience managing and supporting a franchised network.
Inspirational Leadership : Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Financial Acumen : Strong experience in budgeting, P&L management, and revenue forecasting to drive sustainable business results.
Operational Excellence : Skilled at optimizing operational capacity to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
