We are a rapidly scaling global technology company seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance function through our next phase of growth. As we expand across multiple markets and geographies, we need a strategic financial leader who can balance operational excellence with visionary planning.

The Opportunity

As CFO, you will be a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for all aspects of financial management across our global operations. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale financial infrastructure, drive strategic initiatives, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Board of Directors to guide critical decisions around capital allocation, market expansion, M&A opportunities, and long‑term value creation.

What Sets You Apart

• Prior experience as CFO during a company's transition from startup to global success, from capital raising to successful exit
• Highly commercial and strategic growth mindset
• Track record of delivering business transformation and strategy execution
• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments, in multiple currencies across multiple jurisdictions
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high‑performing, diverse teams
• Experience with capital raising, private equity and investor relations is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership - Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's long‑term strategic plan. Provide financial insights that drive business decisions across product development, market expansion, and resource allocation. Lead financial planning for potential funding rounds and liquidity events.

Financial Operations & Reporting - Oversee all financial operations including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and investor relations. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all global entities. Implement scalable systems and processes that support rapid growth while maintaining financial controls and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Global Finance Management - Build and manage financial operations across our international footprint, including multi‑currency management, international tax strategy, and local regulatory compliance. Establish transfer pricing policies and optimize global cash management. Navigate complex cross‑border financial structures as we expand into new markets.

Team Building & Development - Recruit, develop, and lead a world‑class finance team capable of supporting our ambitious growth trajectory. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build functional capabilities in FP&A, corporate development, and business partnering.

Risk Management & Governance - Establish comprehensive risk management frameworks covering financial, operational, and regulatory risks. Ensure robust internal controls.

Stakeholder Management - Build trusted relationships with investors, board members, banking partners, and auditors. Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives clearly to diverse audiences. Represent the company in external financial forums and with key stakeholders.
