Senior Media Buying Executive, Toys

OverviewThe Senior Media Buying Executive will run paid media campaigns in Tier 1 markets (e.g., the USA) for brands such as XSHOT, Mini Brands and Bunch o Balloons.

ZURU is a large toys distributor, offering opportunities to lead market-leading campaigns on the world stage.

The role focuses on delivering campaigns across core platforms with room to test others as appropriate.The role works with in-house teams including Media Planning, Data & Analytics, Content and Global Marketing to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

The Buying team also reports on campaigns and surfaces insights to drive retailer conversations.All resources are in-house at ZURU, enabling innovative, agile work grounded in consumer insights and trends.ResponsibilitiesCreate, oversee and execute digital paid amplification campaignsDrive campaign execution to meet key performance metrics across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, The Trade Desk and other relevant platformsCollaborate with an off-shore team in India on campaign executionLead campaign delivery for Tier 1 markets (e.g., the US)Oversee campaigns across global markets and regionsUtilise technology to automate and improve outputWork collaboratively with tech partners to maximise resultsEvolve reporting structure and cadence delivered at a global levelSkills & Experience2+ solid years' experience in Digital Media BuyingExperience with Facebook Business Manager, The Trade Desk, Google ad products and TikTok Ads Manager is optimalStrong work ethic with a bias for actionOpenness to listen, learn and adapt to continuously improveComfortable sharing opinions in a productive mannerAbility to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, stay organised and manage time effectivelyWillingness to take responsibility and be accountable for the team's workToys, entertainment or retail experience is preferable but not essentialMotivated to contribute to our office cultureLife at ZURUAt ZURU, we cultivate a high-performing culture that focuses on excellence, learning, performance and continuous improvement, while having fun.
