Job Description

The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. This role requires leading, coaching, and motivating the Nightfill team to ensure merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained, creating a safe and positive work environment.

The role is primarily Tuesday to Saturday 11 : 30-21 : 00 (45 hours), but hours are subject to change due to business needs.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with leadership experience, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. Experience in retail, preferably in stock, merch, recovery, and presentation, would be an advantage.
