What’s the Role?

Our SDR Team Leader is a perfect fit for an experienced B2B Business Development Rep who wants to take the next step in their career and move into management OR for a Sales Rep with a bit of team management experience wanting to grow further B2B tech sector!

• First 3 months : you’ll join the Fast-track Management training, 50% calling, 50% training.
• Manage, train and develop a team of Tech B2B Sales Development Representatives.
• Drive overall performance & recruitment of your team.
• Work closely with the leadership team (EIMS and our partner's end) to develop strategic objectives to enhance your Tech clients ROI.
• Contribute to planning cultural events.
• Manage and create any incentives for the team.
• Execute sales planning tools and ideas with your team.
