Recruitment Officer – Profitable Tradie
Full‑time | Location Flexible | Fully Remote | $80 – 100K
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and draft or update job descriptions.
- Write compelling job ads aligned with our brand.
- Post and maintain listings across platforms such as Teamtailor, Seek, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Review applications, conduct structured phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all parties are prepared and informed.
- Manage candidate pipelines, records, and templates in our ATS (Teamtailor).
- Communicate with applicants throughout the process to deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Track key metrics such as time‑to‑fill and applicant volume, and share insights with the Recruitment Manager.
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Confidence in using ATS platforms and keeping accurate records.Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities without dropping the ball.A proactive mindset—step up and own responsibilities.Commitment to delivering a professional, positive candidate experience.A good sense of humour—enjoy a bit of banter along the way.Why Join Us?
