Job Title : Recruitment & Compliance Administrator

Reports to : Recruitment Manager
Hours : Full-Time - Mon - Fri + on-call duties per month on a rota
As a Recruitment & Compliance Administrator at Nurses UK, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly while adhering to all compliance regulations. The role involves maintaining candidate records, supporting the onboarding process, and ensuring that all recruitment practices meet industry standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all mandatory documentation and profile checks, including DBS checks, right to work, qualifications, and references.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare documentation for new hires, including offer letters and contracts, and support the onboarding process.
- Monitor and track compliance-related documentation, including expiration dates of certificates.
- Handle communications with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and compliance requirements.
- Generate reports on recruitment and compliance activities for management review.
- Support audits and ensure documentation is readily available for compliance inspections.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate information, adhering to GDPR requirements.
Skills and Qualifications :
Previous experience in recruitment, administration, or compliance roles, preferably in healthcare.Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.Knowledge of compliance requirements related to recruitment and employee onboarding.Familiarity with database management and recruitment software (e.g., ATS, CRM).Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.High level of integrity and professionalism.What We Offer :
