Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader to take the lead in our Over 2s spaces, overseeing two classrooms and guiding a team of dedicated kaiako. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with strong pedagogical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a genuine love for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of two over 2s classrooms, fostering collaboration and consistency across teaching teams.
• Support and evolve our school readiness program, ensuring tamariki are confidently prepared for their next step.
• Role model best practice, champion high-quality teaching, and guide continuous growth through reflective practice.
• Design, implement, and evaluate a rich, responsive curriculum aligned with Te Whariki and ECE documents.
• Lead regular reviews of policies, practices, and environments, ensuring they meet the needs of all learners.
