Dental Technician / Dental Laboratory AssistantTCB Dentures is looking for an experienced Dental Technician / Dental laboratory assistant to join our team, we are located at New Plymouth, Taranaki.Mon - Thu 8am - 4 : 30pmFriday 8am - 4pmMinimum of 30 hours per week.Maximum of 36 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with a diverse range of peopleFabricating custom impression traysArticulating models and transferring records as neededAssist in fabrication of all removable oral prosthesis (set-up, polish & finish)CAD / CAM prosthesis / appliance design and manufactureCrafting thermoformed bases and appliancesPerforming routine maintenance on equipmentEnsuring the sterilisation and prevention of cross-infection of equipmentApplying fundamental principles and practices for infection prevention and controlMaintaining workplace health and safety standardsAssisting in receiving and preparing patientsQualificationsHold a relevant qualification in dental technologyORPrefer candidates with a minimum of three years of work experience in the industryANDWilling to learn and adapt to new and different ways of work if necessaryHow to applyIf you believe you are ready to make a lasting impact and meet our criteria, please apply with your CV and Cover Letter.
