Our clients are not-at-fault drivers who have been in a motor vehicle accident. They’ve just been through an incredibly stressful experience and now need to figure out how to get a replacement vehicle while theirs is being fixed, deal with insurance companies and they have no idea where to begin.

That’s where we come in! We put our clients in a replacement vehicle and work with them, insurers and repairers taking the hassle out of it for our clients.

Job Description

Are you passionate about vehicles and with exceptional Customer Services skills? We're looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team on a casual basis at our Molendinarbranch.

You’ll be responsible for delivering our accident replacement vehicles to customers and providing a top quality experience whilst upholding our company standards and values together with ensuring our customers’ lives don't grind to a halt without a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Delivering our accident loan vehicles to customers and referrers, ensuring the delivery is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring all fleet vehicles are fully maintained and presented by adhering to cleaning, maintenance and service proceduresand schedules
• Helping our customers complete the requireddocumentation and submit documentation through various systems
• Provide friendlyand professional interaction with customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience
