You'll join a passionate, driven, and collaborative team that's enthusiastic about innovation and bringing bold thinking to life.How you'll make an impactLead strategic optimisation and governance across key Martech platforms (e.g., Hightouch, Braze, Optimizely, Marigold Grow).

Drive Martech roadmap planning and influence technology selection and architecture decisions.Enhance capabilities in campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalisation, and AI-driven decisioning.Foster vendor relationships, evaluate new marketing tools, and align Martech strategies with broader digital initiatives.Champion AI and machine learning capabilities to unlock predictive insights, generative content, and automated marketing processes.What we're looking for10+ years in Martech, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Engineering roles.Extensive experience with enterprise-grade marketing automation and channel orchestration platforms (Braze, Acoustic, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Solid expertise in Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Hightouch, Tealium, Segment) and data ecosystems (Snowflake, BigQuery).
