Perfect Opportunity for Experienced Data Driven Marketer - January
As MediaWorks B2B Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be leveraging HubSpot as your core automation platform, building and optimising high-impact digital campaigns that consistently deliver a predictable flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to our sales team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll drive strategy and execution across all performance marketing channels to accelerate revenue growth and maximise return on marketing investment (ROMI).
What You'll Do :
Reporting into the Senior B2B Marketing Lead, you'll deliver qualified lead generation and sales funnel growth within the B2B space.
Managing the full-funnel B2B performance marketing strategy, owning paid search (SEM), paid social, content syndication, and email marketing channels to drive net-new lead acquisition.
Key responsibilities :
HubSpot Platform Ownership - Act as the internal HubSpot expert—building landing pages, forms, managing databases, and designing complex automation workflows and nurturing sequences.
Sales Funnel Management - Define and optimise the lead lifecycle, ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales team and continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
Campaign Optimisation & Reporting - Track and analyse campaign performance across CPL, CPA, MQL volume, and funnel conversion.
Using data and attribution insights to refine performance and inform future strategy.
Budget & Performance Management - Manage the performance marketing budget to hit lead volume, quality, and ROMI targets.
Applying Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target and nurture high-value accounts.
Content & Collaboration - Working with content and sales teams to align campaigns with relevant, high-converting assets tailored to different stages of the buyer journey.
Technical Integrity - Maintaining data accuracy, tracking integrity (UTMs, goals), and seamless platform integration between HubSpot and other sales / data tools.
What You'll Bring :
5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing or lead generation.
Proven expertise inHubSpot—including marketing automation, workflows, and campaign execution.
Demonstrated success managing paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with measurable impact on MQL delivery and lead quality.
Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead scoring, and conversion metrics.
Basic proficiency in HTML / CSS for customising emails and landing pages.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
High attention to detail, with the ability to turn insights into strategies that positively move performance.
Resilient and tenacious, with a relentless drive to overcome challenges and achieve ambitious goals.
