This role plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. It is responsible for working with business units across the organisation to analyse business processes and requirements in order to define suitable solutions for the technology teams to deliver value to our customers.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
You will have 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure across CRMs or ERPs and processes relevant to improving customer experience and business process improvements across various areas of the organisation.
You will be experienced in working in Agile or a DevOps environment with exceptional interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, exemplary communication skills and a talent for conveying complex information simply and concisely.
