Responsibilities

As Clinic Manager, you'll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by :

Leading by Example : Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.

Operational Excellence : Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.

Client Experience : Deliver our Customer Value Proposition to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave about!

Business Growth : Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.

Qualifications

Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Level 4).

Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.

Focus on excellent customer service and results.
