Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven Human Resources Associate Director who is a strong relationship builder.
This position is located in Wellington central with a large public sector organisation.
This position will be shaping the HR services of the organisation including payroll.
This position leads reviews, recruitment services, payroll services and employment matters.
You will be working with great people who love what they do.You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have :
At least five years previous experience working as a Human Resources Manager
Previous experience leading payroll, recruitment and HR projects
Strong leadership experience
Previous ER experience and a strong understanding of employment legislation
At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent relationship building skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
This is a permanent position.
