Site Electrician (Commercial)

About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our Engineering Team.

This is a permanent, full-time (40 hours a week) position, Monday - Friday, based at our Paengaroa site, with occasional travel to our Te Awamutu extraction site as required.ResponsibilitiesProvide essential support across our wider operations, including our offices, factory, and broader supply chain.Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime.Maintain equipment reliability, and support the delivery of continuous improvement projects.Assist with mechanical maintenance and breakdown work as needed.Contribute to the overall efficiency and performance of our supply chain.What we would like from youMust hold a New Zealand Electrical trade certificate.Work with initiative and plan your daily tasks well.Have an eye for detail and are good at keeping accurate records.Have demonstrated fault-finding and problem-solving skills, and you enjoy this part of your work.Build relationships effectively and can communicate technical jargon in non-technical ways.You are a team-player and are willing to step into other aspects of maintenance when needed (mechanical).
