Join the Department of Conservation (DOC) as a Site Support Officer, a part-time role supporting DOC facilities across the region.

Salary : $65,070 – $75,981 pro rata
Hours : 20 hours per week (part-time, 0.5 FTE)
Location : Geraldine
Reports to : Operations Advisor

Responsibilities
Support the Site Lead to ensure safe operation of premises and act as main site contact for office and facility issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for general office management.
Maintain DOC pool vehicles, including servicing and WOFs.
Support health and safety tasks such as the safety / fire drill, site inductions, regular checks and ACC safety audits.
Skills and Experience
Experience in administration, facility or fleet management.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Great relationship-building and collaborative skills.
Tech-savvy with an early adopter of new systems and technologies.
Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
