We are looking for a self-motivated lawyer with strong commercial contract skills and 4+ years' post qualification experience to join our dynamic Legal Team on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover parental leave.
Supported by technical experts, you will be based in Auckland and provide legal advice across all our businesses.
You will have the opportunity to manage a diverse range of tasks including :
Managing claims and dispute resolution; and
Supporting the management and continuous improvement of our compliance, quality and risk systems.

You will have gained experience in commercial contract law either in a relevant in-house environment or a reputable law firm.
Experience working in the consulting engineering, construction sectors, and / or technology sectors will be an advantage.
You will be pragmatic, commercially astute, a great communicator and possess the proven ability to develop strong and productive relationships within the business setting.
You will be pro-active, keen to learn and develop, and happy to work autonomously with support.
You must have relevant tertiary legal qualifications and a current New Zealand practising certificate (or ability to obtain one).
