• Daily operations management : Oversee hotel operations, ensuring efficient processes and quality control.​
• Strategic F&B management : Develop strategies to enhance culinary & service experience and profitability.​
• Staff supervision : Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.​
• Cost control and budget management : Effectively manage budgets and optimize operational costs.​
• Customer relationship development : Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback.​
• Interdepartmental collaboration : Ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Promote and ensure strong communication of ALL (Accor Live Limitless)
