Position : ServiceNow Solution Architect

You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable and high-performing.

This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

Lead solution design for ServiceNow implementations, understanding client organization, enterprise architecture, and desired outcomes.

Collaborate with clients and colleagues to define, design, and implement solutions aligned with business requirements and future goals.

Create system design and detailed technical documentation.

Provide technical leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture.

Configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform using scripts and platform features.

Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.

Lead system and integration testing, ensuring best practices.

Educate colleagues and users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.

Ensure implementation work complies with company policies and industry standards.

Manage upwards to program leads and executives.

Support business development activities, including proposals, presales, demonstrations, and presentations.

This role is based in Wellington.

Candidate Profile :

Extensive industry experience and technical leadership, including leading large teams.

Ability to map solutions to client business issues.

Significant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

Knowledge of IT solution architecture and enterprise architecture.

Understanding of ITIL processes.

Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, CTA) are highly desirable.

Experience in strategy, business development, finance, and budgeting is a plus.

Experience with ServiceNow Protected Platform is desirable.
