Rough Carpenter / Demolition Leading Hand

We’re looking for an experienced Rough Carpenter / Demolition Leading Hand to join our Auckland team.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys leading small crews, working outdoors, and getting involved in all aspects of demolition and rough carpentry. You’ll work closely with our supervisors and machine operators to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality results across a variety of sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out rough carpentry within demolition projects
• Leading and coordinating small site teams
• Operating tools, plant, and machinery safely and effectively
• Supporting safe demolition, deconstruction, and recycling processes
• Following site health, safety, and environmental procedures
