About the Role

You will shape outdoor spaces that meaningfully improve clients’ homes and commercial properties. This is a senior, hands‑on role with real ownership of projects, opportunities to influence design and operations, and a clear pathway into leadership as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver hard and soft landscaping projects to a high standard.
• Plan, plant and maintain gardens with strong attention to plant health, structure and seasonal needs.
• Supervise, coach and mentor crew members on-site to lift quality, safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate materials, tools, PPE and daily logistics for jobs; maintain tidy vehicle and equipment.
• Produce concise job notes and handover reports for clients and internal teams.
• Act as a client-facing ambassador : manage expectations, communicate clearly and resolve issues promptly.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental standards on every site.
