About the Role

Working under the direction of the Leading Hand / Foreperson and other site supervisors, Carpenters contribute to the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of tasks that help build resilient infrastructure and lasting community connections.

This is a hands-on role requiring physical capability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork and safety. The role will be involved in a variety of tasks, including :

• Assisting with site establishment and compound setup
• Supporting the construction of hardstands and crane pads for underpasses
• Carting and placing materials
• Contributing to road subgrade construction (RSC)
• Performing general earthworks and support tasks as required
