TeHerenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting two Kaiārahi Eke Panuku - Student Success Advisers to join the Tītoko - Centre for Student Success team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This position is based within Orauariki - Wellington School of Business and Government and Te Kauhanganui Tātai Ture - Faculty of Law at the Pipitea Campus. Kaiārahi Eke Panuku - Student Success Advisers provide holistic student advice and high-quality responsive service to support student academic success and enhance the student experience within the framework of the University’s academic policies, regulations, and operating procedures.

You will be a motivated, customer-focused individual who can take the initiative, provide excellent administration, and policy compliance.
You will need to be an effective communicator with exemplary interpersonal skills and a natural relationship builder, who relishes working autonomously as well as contributing positively to a high-performing team. You will need effective time management and forward planning to balance meeting deadlines and maintain a high standard of service to both students and staff. The ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive working with a diverse range of stakeholders is essential.
