You are part of a team where your contributions are valued, and your career can grow.What you'll doOperate B Train combinations for timely and efficient freight pick-up and delivery to sites across both North and South Island.Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and compliant.Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation.Comply with all company / site policies and state and national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure freight is securely transported.What you will bring to the teamA valid Clean Class 5 Licence and Dangerous Goods licence.A minimum of 2 years' recent experience operating Class 5 Trucks and B-Train experience is essential.Experience with Curtain Siders, Truck & Trailer or Container Trailers is desirable.Sound knowledge of the regional areas and South Island routes.Excellent communication, time management skills and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws.Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment.What you'll love when you join VisyJob Stability – competitive rates and a predictable weekly paycheck.Modern Fleet – well-maintained, safety-first vehicles equipped with the latest technology.Supportive Environment – safety, respect, and collaboration.Career Growth – opportunities for further training and advancement within the company.About Visy LogisticsVisy is powering the circular economy by providing sustainable, digitally advanced supply chain solutions.
