Job descriptionWork in a team providing the village with an effective maintenance / preventative maintenance service ensuring the safety, repair and appearance of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds Assist residents in their homes with repairs and maintenance Ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to, to ensure the safety of residents, staff and visitors Work closely with and support your colleagues Previous experience in a Maintenance role, a trade qualification or just completed an apprenticeship Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude Proven customer service skills and ability to build rapport with residents Outstanding communication skills The ability to work in a team environment or autonomously as required Reliable, friendly and professional manner Fun, friendly and supportive team environment Work in a beautiful, resort style village Opportunities for professional development and career progression Ryman Team Benefits Card with discounts from a range of suppliers and retailers
