Baker

We currently have a vacancy for a Qualified Baker to join our team on a full-time basis.

Days of work to be negotiated but will include a weekend day.Daily Tasks Involved in the role : Producing a full range of high quality bakery productsEnsuring food safety and health & safety standards are metDelivering exceptional customer serviceEnsuring all products are merchandised to a high standardWorking with and ensuring all bakery equipment is operated and maintained correctlyMaintaining a positive working relationship with the whole bakery team and the wider New World Kaikoura teamThe person / people we are looking for will have the following attributes : 2 years' experience, equivalent to NZ Certificate in BakingBe able to work well in a team, but also be able to complete tasks unassisted in the required timeframeMust be able to show initiativeMust be honest and reliableMust be physically fit as they will be on their feet all dayHave a good sense of humour!
