Help New Zealand businesses thrive with BNZ -We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, commercially savvyBusiness Banking Partnerto join our high-performing team in Highbrook.Mo te Turanga | About the RoleNo two days will look the same - As a Business Partner, you'll :Manage a portfolio of business clients, supporting and identifying their business banking needs.Meeting bank financial and customer metrics,Meet with new and existing clients, both in our offices and at their businesses.Proactively grow and strengthen customer relationships by tailoring solutions that meet their business needs, from transactional banking to funding solutions, to supporting business owners with insights, and learning opportunities.Build strong connections with local professionals and referral networks seeking to drive new business.Lead business development activities in your market and represent BNZ at key events.Collaborate with a talented, supportive team to deliver outstanding outcomes for all BNZ customersWe're looking for someone with a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and relationship skills.To succeed, you'll have :
Proven experience in business banking, with strong knowledge of business banking products, and market trends.A track record of success in financial services and delivering for business clients.Strong relationship-building skills — you thrive on working with a wide range of people and helping them succeed.The ability to manage complex relationships while being a true team player.An established professional network (or the drive to build one quickly).You'll be the kind of person who is energised by customer success — who enjoys seeing businesses grow and knows how to position banking solutions to make that happen.This role is about more than banking — it's about enabling growth.
