About the opportunity

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our People &Culture team on a six-month fixed term to support our busy seasonal hiring period. You'll work alongside two Talent Acquisition Advisors to recruit candidates for seasonal roles including fruit pickers, packers, quality controllers, forklift and truckdrivers, for T&G's orchards and packhouses nationwide.

Key responsibilities include :

• Review and respond to applications
• Schedule interviews
• Respond to candidate questions
• Arrange pre-employment checks, drug tests, and visa checks

We offer a flexible, hybrid environment with a mix of work-from-home and onsite at our Global Hub in Ellerslie with free parking.

This role starts in late November / early December and you'll need to be available to work the days between Christmas and New Year (which you can do from home).

About you

You bring experience in a recruitment or HR administration / coordination role, ideally with exposure to bulk, waged hiring.

You're a down-to-earth team player who creates positive candidate experiences. You care about people, you care about doing things properly, and you're at your best when the pressure is on and you're juggling all the balls at once!
