About the Role :

As our People & Performance Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in supporting our dynamic P&P and HSE teams. From recruitment and onboarding to employee experience and data integrity, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations. You’ll manage employment documentation, coordinate contracts, and ensure smooth processes for new starters and leavers. You’ll lead our Reward & Recognition programme, designed to celebrate Everyday Moments of Goodness. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to broader P&P projects and gain hands‑on experience with exciting initiatives, including the rollout of a new HRIS.

Key responsibilities include :

• End to end recruitment support
• Onboarding
• Reporting
• Purchase orders
• People administration, including variations and contract generation
• Some IR and ER support

About You :
