We provide foreign currency solutions that help our customers get more out of their holiday.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant you will be an expert in our key products : foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers.

You will listen to customers, ask open questions to understand their needs, offer solutions, deliver accurate service, build a loyal customer base, and drive local marketing initiatives.

This role will mainly be based in our Queensgate store with flexibility to travel to our other stores.

Skills & Experience

Experience working toward and achieving sales targets and KPIs

Passion for customer service

Comprehensive computer skills and confidence learning new systems

Ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiser

Exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving

Remuneration

We offer a base salary of $53,000 and generous uncapped earning commission.
