About the role - Mo te turanga
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You'll be hands-on with customer queries, identifying opportunities to add value, and supporting the wider sales team to deliver great outcomes. This role is about growing with us — we'll provide the training and support to set you up for success.
Key responsibilities include
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of customers
Responding to customer queries and providing excellent service
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services
Keeping accurate customer records in Salesforce
Working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver solutions

Experience in a customer-facing or service-based role (e.g., retail, hospitality, call centre, logistics, admin support)
