Senior Advisor Business Process and Quality

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week

The remuneration range for this role is 101,125 to 142,765 p.a (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience

The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Advisor to support the organisation in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our business processes. In this critical role, you will ensure operational efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance, combining expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) with a strong understanding of internal controls, risk, and quality management.

You will get to :

• Work across the organisation to drive and advocate for quality processes
• Implement and maintain the structure of the BPM framework
• Work with the technology systems teams and ensure integration of business process and technology systems capability
• Ensure ongoing sustainability and efficiency of the framework and tools
• Build and maintain partnerships and relationship management across the organisation

About you

To be successful in this role you will bring :

• Extensive experience in business process frameworks, analysis, quality assurance, or a similar field
• A relevant tertiary qualification OR equivalent work experience is required
• A deep understanding of business operations, core processes, and value chains
• Competency with business process and quality assurance software
• Strong presentation, negotiation, motivation and advocacy skills
• Expertise in applying quality and risk management principles and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
