• ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Worker in the Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, you\'ll walk alongside people in their day-to-day lives — supporting them to build confidence, make choices, connect with others, and live as independently as possible.

Some days that means helping with personal care, other days it's going for a walk, supporting at appointments, or celebrating a small but powerful win.

You\'ll work with the people we support (and their whanau) to set meaningful goals and build plans to help them live their best lives.

It\'s a proactive role where you\'ll help people take the lead in shaping their futures and you\'ll be part of a supportive team.The work is real, sometimes challenging, always meaningful — and you won\'t be doing it alone.

You\'ll receive training and support to build the necessary skills, including completing a Level 3 or 4 NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (if not already held).

QualificationsCommitment to completing a Level 3 or 4 NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (if you don\'t already have one).

Full NZ driver licence (required).
