If you're someone who naturally shows up for people, listens deeply, and brings warmth to every interaction, you might be exactly who we're looking for.ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Worker in the Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, youll walk alongside people in their day-to-day lives — supporting them to build confidence, make choices, connect with others, and live as independently as possible.Help with personal care on some days, while other days involve going for a walk, supporting at appointments, or celebrating small but powerful wins.Collaborate with the people we support and their whanau to set meaningful goals and build plans to help them live their best lives.Provide proactive support, helping people take the lead in shaping their futures.Qualifications and RequirementsCommitment to completing a Level 3 or 4 NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (if not already held) with support from MASH Trust.Availability for part-time roles (~30 hours per fortnight) or casual positions.Comfort with split shifts and a full NZ driver license.What we offerPart-time (approx. 30 hours per fortnight) and casual roles available in Hawkes Bay.Supportive training and ongoing development.The work is real, sometimes challenging, always meaningful — and you'll never be doing it alone.
