About The Role

As the Finance and Insurance Administrator, you'll be a vital support to our Business Manager and sales team, ensuring smooth, efficient service for our customers' finance and insurance needs.

Every day brings a new challenge in our high-energy dealership, and you'll be at the heart of it all.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding administrative support to the Business Manager and team

Assist customers with finance and insurance processes, ensuring a positive experience

Maintain effective communication with customers, team members, and external partners

Multitask seamlessly in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with confidence

Use a variety of computer programs and dealership systems with ease

You\'ll Succeed In This Role If You Bring

Finance, banking, or insurance experience (preferred but not essential)

Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Excellent time management and multitasking skills, especially under pressure

Clear and friendly communication via phone, email, and in person

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems

Availability for an 11-day fortnight with one Saturday (9 am-3 pm) shift every two weeks.
