Our client is looking to hire a Network Architect who will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a Digital Transition and Accelerated Transition Roadmap.

This will be a contract role till 30 June

• and based in Wellington.

Responsibilities

Design the network topology to enable secure connectivity

Defining architectural blueprint for connectivity, segmentation, firewall configuration, and endpoint management.

Balancing day-one interoperability with long-term scalability and independence.

Collaborating with the Security Architect and Ministry infrastructure teams

Applying expertise in hybrid cloud, SD-WAN, zero-trust networking, and endpoint management.

Conducting network assurance reviews and defining interface models for day-one and steady-state operations.
