Mobile Mortgage Manager

This role is Home Loan Partner, 37.5 hours per week with flexibility for weekends and after-hours, servicing customers across Christchurch and Canterbury in a mobile role.

What you will do is provide expert home loan advice to customers, build a network of clients, support residential homeowners and property investors, and grow new business opportunities in home loans in diverse and non-traditional environments.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new home lending opportunities and building rapport with customers.
• Identifying ways to help customers with their banking needs.
• Creating and submitting credit applications, through to approval and drawdown.
• Developing existing and new relationships to drive new opportunities, and following up clients / leads.
• Helping New Zealanders fulfil their home ownership dreams.

Please note the official position title is Home Loan Partner. This role is 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends and after-hours as part of the full-time hours. It is a mobile role servicing customers across Christchurch and Canterbury, so travel within the region is required.
