What you'll be doing
Weekly payroll, accounts payable / receivable, and reconciliation in Xero
Compliance with IRD, government and company policies
Cashflow, budgets, and expenditure reporting
Monthly P&L preparation and analysis for management and Board
Preparing reports for company accountants
Handling HR administration, including contracts and staff changes
Process improvements and systems efficiencies
What we're looking for
Proven accounting or finance management experience
Confidence working with numbers, compliance and reporting
Organised and adaptable in order to manage competing deadlines while working part-time hours
A proactive team player who enjoys variety and ownership of tasks
This role would suit someone looking to balance professional responsibility with flexibility.
You'll enjoy variety across payroll, accounts, compliance, and reporting, while being part of a collaborative and fun team.
