Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor | 6-month Fixed Term

We’re currently seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract . This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives that support the physical and psychological wellbeing of our people. Parliamentary Service is dedicated to fostering a culture of care, driving continuous improvement, and delivering strategic outcomes across both the Parliamentary Precinct and Out-of-Parliament Offices.

As part of a small, dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in enabling health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives—from supporting strategic planning to coordinating operational programmes and providing expert guidance to employees. You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, gaining exposure to cross-agency collaboration and influencing positive change.

Key Responsibilities | Ngā Haepapa Matua :

This is a full‑time fixed term opportunity, ideally starting in November and running for 6 months. The appointing range for this role will be $72,374 - $79,907 per annum pro rata.
