Our high performing and award-winning TRADE Sales Department supports New Zealand’s construction and building industries, supplying everything from structural materials to finishing products. After a successful year of growth in a challenging market, we are on the hunt for an additional Account Manager to join our Trade Sales Team as we take things to another level. With a thriving customer base, we offer an exciting, fast-paced environment where driven sales professionals can make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
- Manage Key accounts, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Be energetic, positive and a motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed.
- Keep ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams; collaborate effectively within the Trade Sales Department.
- Love working in a team while also having the ability to work autonomously.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in account management and sales success.Strong background in the building, construction & trade sales industries.Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first approach.Exceptional communication, time management, and IT skills.Benefits
