As we look to the future and continue to grow, we're looking for the right person to expand our engineering capabilities.About the roleWe're seeking an Experienced Engineer with proven industry experience and who's ready to roll up their sleeves and take the lead.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on role where you'll be given the autonomy and support to use your proven experience, skills, and strategic mindset to deliver great results.You'll work closely with our Directors, Surveyors, Planners, and Ecologists by bringing an engineering lens to our projects.

You will be providing fully integrated design and delivery solutions for housing, land development, subdivision, and infrastructure projects of all types and scale.What you'll doLeading engineering input across a range of land development and infrastructure projectsWork across the entire engineering process from project oversight, design, modelling & calculations.Ensuring all designs meet technical, safety, and compliance standardsProviding expert input and reporting across the full project lifecycleWorking collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholdersThe skills we're looking forAn experienced engineer with at least 5 years' experience in a similar environmentAt least 3 years of NZ experience in the delivery of land development projectsStrong background in land development projects and infrastructure designTechnical mindset with a strong desire to be across all engineering aspects of a projectStrong technical design skills across stormwater, wastewater, water supply, and flood modellingWorking knowledge of New Zealand planning and development standardsExperience in 12d, Synergy, and GIS software packages would be advantageousCommitment to providing outstanding customer service and project deliveryExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communicationAttractive salary packagePotential to step into a leadership position in the futureFriendly and supportive team cultureOpportunities to work on a diverse range of projects across the Auckland, Kaipara, and Northland regionsApply Now : If you're an experienced engineer looking for your next big challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
